“We will organise for an obligation free consultation and meet at your property, to better understand your requirements and that of your property. Whilst there, we will browse through your home and make certain recommendations. We will also endeavour to work out the style, theme and layout that will best suit the space, taking into account the demographics and trends that will appeal to the current markets.”.
Within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment, we will prepare and put together an itemised proposal/ quote and email it to you.
On accepting our proposal/quote, we will then forward you a tax invoice with our payment terms. A signed copy of our terms and conditions is also required, as well as payment, prior to installing any furnishings. We will either contact youror your Real Estate agent to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to complete your install. This is usually based on certain deadlines, e.g. delivery of furnishings and your availability, as well as ours. We recommend a two week turnaround.
We typically like to install one or two days prior to photography and one to two weeks’ notice is advised.
“This is where the action takes place and where it all comes together. On the day of install, we suggest that you leave your property in our capable hands, to minimise and avoid any form of distraction. Be prepared that you may not recognise your home at the end. The install process takes between a few hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.”
On the sale of your property or the contract expiry, we will be in touch to arrange the removal of all hard and soft furnishings, including accessories and artwork. Extensions are available although rarely required.
